By Confirming and Accepting your appointment with Tammy Hennion you agree accept these terms & rules as follows:
· Many areas of the psychic realm are still experimental and nothing can be guaranteed as free will always takes precedence. Any advice, conversation or information that you receive from this web site or Tammy Hennion is strictly open to your own personal interpretation, which others may disagree with. Tammy does NOT guarantee the accuracy of her insights / predictions / sessions and is in no way responsible or liable for the actions you take as a result of any consultation(s) you have with Tammy Hennion. The Client is 100% responsible for their own actions taken based upon having a session with Tammy.
· A reading- session with Tammy is in NO WAY MEANT TO REPLACE SOUND MEDICAL OR LEGAL ADVICE and does NOT provide prophecy or guaranteed accuracy on future predictions. The information shared is NOT intended to replace any type of therapy, counseling, diagnosis, treatment or cure for anything you may be seeking to remedy. It is your responsibility to make common sense choices and always consult licensed professionals such as a Lawyer, Doctor, Psychologist or Licensed Therapist for any Medical or Legal advice.
· The session, in addition to helping the client is meant as a guideline only and may help the client better reflect upon themselves, their past experiences, where they are currently and where their future may be. The fee is paid for Tammy’s time and energy on your behalf just as you would pay for any consultation with a Professional.
· Due to New York State law , the following statement is provided: " A Psychic Mediumship reading / consultation / session(s) with Tammy Hennion is meant solely for the purpose of entertainment or amusement, and not intended to give advice or for the purposes of fortune telling."
· Must be 18 years of age or older. EnerGenetic Life, Inc. and ascensionstudio.co , ascension-studio.com and/or ascensionstudio.news reserves the right to verify age before commencing with any readings herein.
Terms of Cancellation Policy
Ascension Studio Cancellation Policy: Missed appointments are “non-refundable". Cancellations are 50% refundable with proper notice or you will be given a choice to pick another day and time for your session. There are NO REFUNDS on readings that have been completed sessions. Rescheduling due to illness/family or other emergency:
If Tammy cannot read for you due to her own illness, emergency, or another energetically or physically impairing reason on your reading date, you will be offered the soonest available reading time.If you need to reschedule due to illness or emergency - you will be offered the soonest available reading time. You must notify us within 1 business day or 24 hours in advance to be able to reschedule without loss of your appointment and paying for another session.If you do not contact us within the specific time frame your session will be cancelled and you will have to make another appointment and pay for another session. Tammy is very giving of her time and energy and is always willing to work with her clients to suit everyone's needs. Please be respectful of her time as she will be of yours.

All sessions are offered on a pre-paid basis. Payment must be completed when the session is scheduled or it will be automatically canceled.
Accelerated Personal Growth Empowerment Program- Intuitive Psych-K Sessions- Intuitive Guidance Sessions-Aura Diagnosis/Reading Sessions-Energy Therapy Sessions-Chios Energy Field Healing Sessions-All sessions must be used by the same person, NO SHARING or NO SPLITTING sessions. No refund after the first session. A $50.00 dollar deduction for the first session will be made from the refund price. There are no exceptions to this policy. Funds must be in US Dollars.
Disclaimer: While Tammy's advice is highly accurate, everything exists as a potential until you make it happen, No matter what you are told can happen, the only way it WILL happen is if you take action.
NO REFUNDS are given on completed sessions; there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
Please give 24 hour notice if you will miss your session and if you are more than 15 minutes late you can reschedule at a later date (one time only) or use the remaining time in your time slot.
Recordings are provided as a gracious service and while we provide them in good faith, we do not guarantee them and cannot be responsible for their availability as we use third party system to record and are not liable for possible performance issues with this company. It is your responsibility to download and save the recording on your computer. Please note that we do not provide technical support for downloads. We do not archive or save any client recordings and they are permanently deleted from our system.
